If you’re unfortunate enough to find an error or defect with an item bought from our online shop, please make sure to place a claim for this item no later than 1 years from the date of purchase.
If you have a defective product which is purchased from another channel than our webshop, please contact the seller first.
DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If the package being delivered is obviously damaged on the outside, you should refuse the delivery. We will then arrange a new shipment as soon as the package is returned to us.
If you have accepted the parcel and you discover a damaged product, please contact us at email@example.com and include images of the damaged products.
INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ORDER
If an item is missing or different then being listed on your delivery note, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need your order number along with the item number or product name of the missing or incorrect item. We will make sure to complete your order in case of missing items or arrange for the correct items being sent to you.
In case of a defective / not properly functioning product, please contact us via email@example.com. We might ask you for the following information: the serial number of the product, the item number, the helmet model, customer information, pictures and a clear description of the problem.
When we receive the above-mentioned information we will open a case and investigate the issue.
Pinlock® warrants to the original owner that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Pinlock® shall, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective lens or refund the purchase price. Pinlock’s warranty does not apply to any damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, normal wear-and-tear, improper installation or cleaning, or accident (including, without limitation, racing, performing stunts or similar activities). Pinlock’s warranty does not apply to the Pinlock® prepared helmet shield or the position of the holes in the Pinlock® prepared helmet shield. This warranty and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties and remedies, whether verbal or written, express or implied. No Pinlock® reseller, dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to modify, extend or enlarge this warranty and remedies. In order to invoke the warranty, the original owner must deliver the product to the original point of purchase, together with the bill of sale or other dated proof of purchase document.
PINLOCK® DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF PINLOCK® CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM OR EXCLUDE IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THEN TO THE EXTENT POSSIBLE. ANY CLAIMS UNDER SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL EXPIRE ON EXPIRATION OF THE ABOVE-MENTIONED WARRANTY PERIOD. PINLOCK® IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
